It's better not checking price while on a trip to be on the safe side.
The first and last time I had that problem was the day I checked. So I learnt not to check again and the problem never occurred again

Story 1
During one of our installs, the client shared with us how Mr Ayo (not his real name) borrowed his brothers car, and waylaid in the night somewhere in Lagos. Please, how do I handle a rider who refuses to make payment, my account details were given to her for transfer after the trip.

For over a week now she keeps telling me she will do the transfer now each time I call her.

I have sent over 10 SMS to her still she refused to transfer the fund.

anyway she has taken another trip after that his trip n probably paid, if the driver reports she's going to deny not paying, she has done a fast one on him.

Whts her reason for not paying you after the trip? This is part of the things tht makes this work frustrating atimes and if u hv done it the gangster way Uber will quickly block u. Bro, I doubt if Uber will giv a positive response to ur complaint cos its late and its not like its a fare review jst as@ Ifyeez rightly said. Well, next time when such arises jst report to uber and they will credit you after reaching out to her.

U should have reported to uber within 3working days oh. Don't know if there is much that can be done about it now. All this there transfer scams.
