Similar issue happen to me I purchased an iPhone 8 plus was picked up by lionlee so I decided to sell on the way seller told me its factory unlocked but when the phone arrived it was at&t unpaid the client just called me immediately acting like I did it on purpose since me personally I dont like trouble I refunded the.cash next day he sent the phone to me of which the.phone did not last 48hrs in my shop I sold it making 75k gain wich is 45k extra from what I had sold to him...

I have read all this messagestuff over and over. I bought a phone for my mother in-law through lionlee seller said it's network unlocked... immediately my staff picked he went to berger to send only for my mother in law to say it's network locked.... I had to refund the woman... not because she's my mother in law, I would do thiso to anyone because I have integrity. Imarine twinskenny sold this item on Jumia,... jumia will gladly take the money back from you... you will be left to face your problem. This is low level from you. Very disappointed.

These are the risks in buying electronics online, if I buy a used phone physically, I make sure I spend 30 to 60 mins with the phone before finally paying

He took advantage of his distance, the guy waited for 3 months but Kenny sent 100k now to save his reputation and future business. The buyer is such a gentleman, I understand he must have felt very vulnerable given the circumstances and very poor judicial system here. Both the seller and picker are completely dishonest. Thankfully he has chosen to redeem himself a bit. But certainly I won't be doing business with him this way. Very pathetic your customer has to cry out after months to get a partial refund which is no fault of his.

I believe strongly that both the picker and seller are guilty. They know exactly what they are doing, it a ring. The picker is the fall guy, so he kept mute.
Eating their cake and still having it. Funny the buyer agreed to taking a cut in refund (40k+) yet he couldn't refund the agreed sum while doing more business.
I wonder if the buyer would have a cut in the profit the seller is making from the business, yet he even said he is helping the buyer. Really

the seller has said many things in between but people make comments like he never said anything, phone was paid for while in transit to Nigeria, seller told buyer it was locked but buyer said seller should waybill it while they were still trying to unlock etc etc.

when issues like these arise, people don't think for a second that they could find themselves on either side, the wounded or the wounder..(excuse my hausa), most people just make comments due to sentiments or hatred for either of the parties involved, they hardly tend to be objective, some people already wanting to call x squad, military, police ? lol

Mehn I have been in this business of pick ups and must say it's not easy. I once told Mikkyangel to pick an I5 500gb and 8gb pc for me which was what the seller advertised and he picked up an Intel Celeron pc instead. The pc had no battery and the Rom was bad and how he did pick it I don't know. I enquired and he said it's my fault. He also picked up a clone Samsung Galaxy S6 for me and insisted it was my fault also. What I did was replace the pc and phone for the clients. Am just glad I came out of it with my reputation intact. You do business with Mikkyangel is worse than dealing with the devil because when you deal with the devil you know what to expect from him


I have also replaced Samsung Galaxy S8+ for a client because of a hairline cracks without even telling him


Biko refund him or get him another iPhone X asap
