I totally agree. This APC is really a corrupt party. How did she escape out of the Country the same day she resigned?and yet they have been keeping an eye on Fayose for months. The PDP is making a serious mistake by saying this case is about her. No, this case is about the crime of Forgery perpetuated by the APC. The APC should be held accountable. |

Adeosun did nothing wrong in my opinion. what's the fuss about Nysc certificate and exemption letter when majority of Nigerian youths that have it are either unemployable or unproductive? We lost a great economist just because of a useless scheme that has outlived it's usefulness. We are a certificate worshipping nation hence the reason every undergraduate sees certificate as a meal ticket rather than concentrate on researches that can better the country. Even gowon will wish he could scrap the useless scheme that has resulted in deaths of innocent graduates posted to horrid terrains ![]() |

Anybody that still supports Buhari and this administration is evil, and bomb will kill them all while fulani herdsmen will slutter their families untimely... Amen. And any buhari supporter that wants to quote will go blind immediately. |

I totally agree with Secondus on this. Let's even go down the memory lane a bit. First and formost, it took Mr. President six months to enthrone this National embarrassment. I wonder the screening exercises done by the DSS and other relevant agencies not to have discovered this and avoid us this embarassmemt, to think that she has even served before as a Commissioner of Finance exposes more rot in our sytem. In line with Mr. President's stance on anti-corruption, relevant agencies are supposed to have invited her immediately the news broke out even while she still held sway, to throw more light on the controversy surrounding her exemption letter. Unfortunately this never happened and may likely never happen as she seems to have the serious backing of the presidency and APC, the statements they were dishing out proves so, from Itsa Sagay, to Joe Igbokwe showing us a photoshopped Kemi wearing an NYSC regalia (which is also another offence). I was laughing when I read the statement from APC that it was honourable for her to resign. I state it categorically that there is nothing honourable about her resignation. She was suppoaed to be prosecuted alonside all those that have in one way or the other aided and abaited this forgery. There should have been a thorough investigation to fish out everyone culpable in this mess, and not just accepting her resignation, as that will really prove to Nigerians that this government is actually serious and committed to the fight against corruption. |

The most matured thing I've observed since this Mrs Kemi's saga was that there are no shout of Witch hunting, marginalization and domination from her Kinsmen. That's classic! |

Some of those politicians hold driver's license without going to driving school as the law required...so what can we do to them? |
| Re: Certificate Forgery: Adeosun Must Return Salaries, Face Trial - PDP Says by freeze001(f): 6:08am On Sep 17, 2018 |
GoTV:The fuss is that it is the law of the land which is mandatory and binding on all. No law is made to be dispensed with especially through commission of offences or crimes that law already criminalises. Until the law is repealed or amended perhaps resulting in 'scrapping the useless scheme' or making it less mandatory, Kemi is guilty of fraud/forgery and should be punished. Even a future amendment will not favour her because it cannot be applied retrospectively even though the current bigoted president is on record to have applied a law retrospectively during his tenure as Head of State. |

Aufbauh:Is this new with the Yorubas? We don't support wrong in whatever form, shape and colour. We stand for justice and fairness irrespective of who is involved. We are Omoluabis. If Kemi was a Igbo or from the SS region, the threat to bomb or protest would have dominated the whole issue. Yorubas remain the tribe bringing stability to the nation. |

freeze001:Wail and rant all you like, a simple pardon by the president is all that is required for her to be cleared. Remember your Otuoke fisherman pardoned a convicted/jailed criminal to the world outrage. |

PassingShot:The pardon is also of the law and no matter how distasteful it may be to some, it will at least have a semblance of legality. Also note that such pardon cannot come until she is actually put through the system, prosecuted and convicted. The problem however is upholding illegality and somehow attempting to associate it with some form of honour just because she resigned. A good number of Nigerians have been prosecuted and now serve jail terms for same offence of forgery. What's the special thing in this case? Ignorance of the law is no excuse. |

PassingShot: PassingShot:So why did u deem this response necessary? The op and my post advocate the same thing ie prosecution. Why did u feel the urge to rant about a presidential pardon? All we're asking for is that the right thing be done first. Any problems? |

Aufbauh:It's because we have more important things to think about to our dear 5% brethren ![]() We think before we speak or react to situations. For God sake, PDP should please shut their stinking mouth! If Kemi is prosecuted, Stella and other stiff criminals in the party should be brought to justice. 16 years of agonising pains without any reasonable impact yet same people decamped to APC to continuing their looting business. Useless set of barbaric, greedy and pathetic individuals. |

freeze001:The response was necessary because of this statement: "Even a future amendment will not favour her because it cannot be applied retrospectively even though the current bigoted president is on record to have applied a law retrospectively during his tenure as Head of State" which suggests that NOTHING can save her career or the mess she's found herself in. |

| Re: Certificate Forgery: Adeosun Must Return Salaries, Face Trial - PDP Says by freeze001(f): 6:43am On Sep 17, 2018 |
PassingShot:No. U read and understood wrongly. Did u read the post I made that response to? I think not. Besides, if this was really your grouse, you'd have responded in line with amendments or otherwise and retrospective application of laws. Rather you jumped in with the presidential pardon card (totally unrelated) like it was some joker or something. It also suggested that you weren't particularly knowledgeable on how a pardon is granted. |
