It's like many of you on this site have comprehension issues . They didn't say their kids will bear the joint names of their own fathers and their husbands name, rather they said their kids will jointly bear their own names and their husbands names.

Every human has a choice. Men condeming them is understandable but you as a woman saying they're not normal because you don't agree with their choice isn't understandable. After her kids bear a hyphenated surname of hers and her husband, then her daughter comes of age and decides to do the same thing with her own kids. How many hyphenated names will the kids now bear considering she's already bearing her own father and mother's name?

Don't ask me useless questions. The way it's been easy bearing men's name so would it be easy passing from one generation to another bearing hyphenated names. Hypenated names would only be surnames not main names.
