You can imagine people taking the side of the lecturer, forgetting they have sisters, aunties, etc, etc.

Some of them by virtue of birth are products of such before their mother was properly taken by a man as wife.

Oga it is totally ignorant and senseless to make such hasty generalisations. It's like saying most Nigerian men are criminals and internet fraudsters. You lots don't like such stereotypes but you turn around to tag women all sorts of names.

That you've met a few women who admitted to be the cause of their present relationship status doesn't by any stretch of immagination place every single mother in that category.

A woman has a choice to be married or not. You applaud dogs like wizkid, David, Olamide etc but bash single mothers for doing 1% of what the aforementioned people do. Double standards will take you nowhere.

It is unwise to call their replies "ignorant" simply because you do not know their reasons for disregarding single mothers.

A couple of single mothers I've met, irrespective of their pride always end up telling me that it was a mistake on their part, and would have avoided it if they could.

I'm not against them, I have no negative remark about single mothers but that doesn't mean I have to term other people's comments as "ignorant" or borne of high delusion. They have their reasons.

A single mother is a mother who parents a dependent child alone. Divorced, widowed women etc all fall into this category.
