Even when Chibok girls were abducted, it took that drunkard (GEJ) two week for him to realise the story was true

Please spare me.

boko haram started during PDP
PDP is boko haram

Are you saying GEJ wanted General Aziz killed... you don't think it's the Northern conspirators who have their boys in the intelligence agencies? We can go back and forth, about who started what when. OK GEJ was ineffective, and he paid the price at the polls. PMB was making excuses when he wasn't president. Now he's been in charge for more than 3 years, and he still has not solved what he was elected to do. What he said he could do in a few months. And his herders have been even more effective at ending lives under his watch. He is a retired general, he was trained for this sort of thing, yet no results. He wasn't elected to make excuses about how the previous government was failed... he was elected to fix things.

Sure, the previous government failed and this man is trying to pick up the pieces but still PDP cabals are making things worse for him.

There is a big difference now, Before you can't roam around the city with out citing police or military check point. Even churches, mosques, schools, public places, you must see police presence their.

You don't hear suicide bombing and killing like before.

Everyone was leaving in fear. Now the situation is better than before

Please don't castigate me for what I'm about to say:

Leah Sharibu is one person. Paying ransom to Boko Haram only emboldens them and gives them the ability to buy more arms and kill more people.
I don't want her to be killed, but I don't want many other innocent people to be killed either. They are as strong as they are because of all the ransom paid so far. Back in 2013, they got a random of $3.15 million to free seven French hostages. That money has been used very effectively, and since then a few thousand Nigerians, Cameroonians, Chadians, and Nigeriens have lost their lives.

Now somebody would say to me: "what if Leah was your sister?" It's a hard choice, but if I pay them ransom to rescue her, what assurance is there that they won't come back and wipe out my whole village later, me and my sister included?
Does Boko Haram collect ransom. We should shine our eyes very well, there's an undercover somewhere to achieve an agenda.BOKO HARAM DOES NOT COLLECT RANSOM.Nigeria I hail thee.

Even though I accept that PDP messed up, it doesn’t mean that the APC has to be absolved from all blame. Buhari might mean well but he is not suited for a United and progressive Nigeria. That is my personal opinion oo.

Either they collect ransom directly, or indirectly... one way or the other money is exchanged for food, supplies, and arms. It has not escaped me that they appear better equipped with each ransom paid.

Have you given him the chance

The image says "Patriotsm is supporting your Commander-in-Chief, even if you don't agree with him on everything".

Actually Patriotism is supporting your country, full stop. If the particular government or Commander-in-Chief has goals that are not in line with the country's best interests, patriotism demands protest, disobedience, and even their removal. PMB's policies are anti-Nigeria, divisive, and retrogressive; he abuses Nigerians at any chance he gets; and has yet to demonstrate competency for the job he was elected to do.

He is unapologetically pro-North (at the cost of a united Nigeria); he has a tendency to associate more closely with his kinsmen in Niger, than the rest of Nigeria; he is dismissive of the opinions and lives of those in other parts of this country. He has demonstrated his anti-Nigeriannes times without number that it's become comical. And you ask if we've given him a chance. He would have been much happier with a country called Arewa. You can see it in everything he does and says.

I guess 250 days is not enough for them to be seeing to her extraction.

Can you please tell me one move that this government have made for her to be release?

This is what am saying to some of the dumb pastors hater that want pastors to pay for her release, am so sure you people will still accuse pastor of sponsoring bokoharam if they are the one that want to pay for her release. Shame
It's the dilemma me and other critics face.
I feel the groups should do more to pressurize our government. It is their onus to release her. Paying for her release only empowers Boko Haram, a situation disastrous to this nation's citizens.
Watch what will happen if all this plays out: Boko Haram will start publicizing captures hoping to extort cash-laden NGOs, the government and citizens at large. We'll start unknowingly funding the same group terrorizing us.

I honestly don't know any effort the government has put into her release. Our leaders are a hush-hush set of people and it's a situation to their detriment.

I pray she is released hale and hearty. This is good news. Since our government is slow to act then someone else should handle the burden.

That's what we are talking about here, this government seems to care less about the girl.

Lolz, what else did you want the groups to do apart from what they are doing now.

CAN and other groups have been pressuring this government ever since the incident occur but it was you people that keep calling CAN name for doing so.
