Legal basis or qualification? Do you have any evidence of a training program at work or on-the-job training? Maybe it may help.
DaddyTheFather:
hey people...rookie question coming through abeg...

Precisely what legal basis do nigerians have for working in audit for PWC or KPMG for example, if they dont have ICAN yet (which many I know dont have because they got into PWC even after graduating from engineering degrees). asking cos ADR says to supply this information and I need guidance on how folks that have applied as auditors did so. any input is appreciated. applied under NOC 1111.

Good day everyone, please I have again with another concern. I'll just give a breakdown of my background.

I graduated in 2014 but my certificate was issued in 2015, ECA states 2015.

I finished law school in 2015, went for service same hear October, but was called to Bar in December.

I intend to claim points from my service year (just one year work experience) as a professional

Will my application pull through considering the fact that I started working in October but was issued a professional certificate in December? How do I go about it?

Your advise will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

please use the CRS calculator and see how your points add up. Then you can decide if you should go ahead with the application right away or wait to add more experience in order to boost your score.

Also endeavor to use IQAS while assessing tour Law degree for max points as often advised on this thread.

I have used the CRS to simulate my score & am done with IQAS. I have more than a year work experience. My concern is that I started working (NYSC) before I was called to Bar. I don't know if it will affect the one year experience I intend to gain points on. I understand they ask when you started working & I have read somewhere on the thread where someone said we should put the date on the CTB certificate. I want to know if IRCC counts from the date on the Certificate or on the reference letter. I think lawyers in the house will understand better.

ABRIDGED PPR STORY

The hustle started in 2016 with Australia. I later ditched it.

Australia credential evaluation - December 2016
Australia ITA - September 26th 2017
ITA expired - November 25th 2017 (Lost interest in their 489 visa cos I want permanent)

1st IELTS - August 2016 (LRWS - 7.5, 7.5, 7.5, 8.0) Used for Aussie
2nd IELTS - October 2017 (LRWS - 8.0, 6.0, 7.5, 8.0)
3rd IELTS - December 2017 (LRWS - 7.0, 8.0, 7.5, 8.0)
4th IELTS - January 2018 (LRWS - 8.5, 9.0, 7.5, 8.0)

Canada ITA - Feb 7th
AOR - May 5th
MEP - Like one week after
RPRF - May 23rd ( Although, I paid it upfront)
IP2 - June 27th
PPR - September 19th
COPR - October 22nd

LVO gang when I called IRCC

I applied from the UK.

1st GCMS - June 6th (Got it after 30 days)
2nd GCMS - July 25th (Got it almost three months after)
3rd GCMS - September 14th

From AOR to PPR, I was refused Canada visit visa, USA and New Zealand students visas. Within the same period, I got one USA student visa and one New Zealand student visa. Don't ask me how.

Thanks to my beautiful senior HappyTBaby, Newmum, Elfann, in fact, everyone on Nairaland because my worries were sine qua non.

As they've already said, it is not my PPR, it is our PPR.

Please, where can I get cheap flight? Saskatchewan bound
