Sokoto isn't the fulani headquarters. The Uncindas are more than any other tribe in sokoto and they have the upper hand. No tribe can cause any commotion with them around.

So Sokoto has many tribes? I have a friend presently serving in Yobe state and I fear for him all the time because people living in the core North are unpredictable.
