Guys pls I need your Advice and suggestions. Since I have ordered my redmi 6pro few weeks ago and it has spent more time in brickland than on nairaland. I'm giving up on reviving that phone due to all these authorized acct to flash it and even on many mi forum threads ppl that has entered this one chance are lamenting and no solution profered. Is it possible for me to contact the seller and return the phone. Its over 3 weeks now. 1 week of use, 2 weeks plus bricked. I don't even have acess to any good android phone for now so I can't make the aliexpress findings. I rem I bought it from goldway store hongkong. Can it be shipped back and money refunded?

Have you confirmed receiving the package? If not ,see if you can file a dispute.if you have confirmed it and the 16 days with which to file a dispute have elapsed, then your money is gone.

Just know that it's safer to order your Xiaomi items here from touts than buying directly from AliExpress especially for the models you know little or nothing about.

If the issue happening to you currently had happened between you and a tout here, you would have gotten a refund or a replacement since.

I really doubt if you will win such dispute cos the seller will definitely point out the caveat "No OTA updates". You can try though, you might be lucky.

Not an iPhone... It's not the best in the market currently... Compare my phone to the best wink

Questions you will be asked

1. Did you receive the phone?
2. Did the phone come on when you turned it on?
3. Did you set up your account on it and MI cloud?
4. When did you receive the no OTA warning from vendor?
5. When did you receive OTA from Xiaomi?

Your responses to this and more may work for your good if correctly answered to the satisfaction of Aliexpress.

The attached pix shows the different colors of 360 degree case for Redmi Note 5, max 3 and a2 lite which I have.

Top is a2 lite, black with red edges and black with blue edges
Next is note 5... Black, gold, Red, black with red edges and black with blue edges.

Max 3 has just black, blue and gold color.

Is it only me that misses front fingerprint. I prefer it to back, its more easier to use. If you've used those samsung phones that has it or infinix note 4 you'll get what i'm talking about
