ATM will certainly be dispensing cash and neighbourhood markets will open so the strike ain't even making sense to me. Minister said 14days ultimatum didn't get to him on time, how come the strike action gets to him on time. He said the meeting always took them two days of wasting tax payers and oil money without results.

It's going to affect everyone whether u like it or not.if the govt increases their pay,the prices of things in the market will also increase there by causing an increase in the salary of those working for private firms.

All that is required is for politicians to accept a pay cut and you would be alarmed how much that would free up to accommodate this increment. Quite unfortunate we are saddled with demonic & heartless politicians who are in the majority. 18k as minimum salary is poor & its less than what a Politician would give their wards for shawama, pizza & ice cream.
