What email address did you send your complaints to? Because I have also sent an email but got no reply. I will definitely be calling tomorrow. It has been two months now. My waiting period is over and my patience don turn to vexation. undecided

Write to them to request for the 'New estimate of the processing time' for your residence permit application.
According to their website, you have this right as quoted below.
Use the heading "New Estimate of The Processing Time"
Don't forget to add your application number and other details.
You may not be able to reach them on phone as I have tried severally.

"If you have applied for a residence permit, EU registration of Finnish citizenship, you may write to us at migri@migri.fi and ask for a new processing time estimate. Add your customer number to your e-mail. When you send a message to this address, you will receive a reply that states that the agency does not answer e-mail inquiries. Despite this, we will send you a new estimate of the remaining processing time. Unfortunately, you cannot get any other advice from the address migri@migri.fi."

Dear XXXXX

This is to inform that the decision on your residence permit application has arrived at the Embassy of Finland in Abuja. The decision can be collected in three ways.

1) Personally with a passport.

2) Authorizing another person to collect with original signed authorization letter with the applicant’s customer number, a copy of the applicant’s international passport and photo ID (international passport, National ID, voters card or driver's license) of the one picking it up.

3) Using a trustworthy courier service (such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS). Send us a copy of your international passport’s data page and a signed authorization letter (with the applicant’s customer number to Finnish Immigration Service) as an email attachment (pdf). After that order the courier company to collect the decision from the Embassy.

Kindly print out this email to be presented at the gate if you are picking up personally or authorizing someone to pick up on your behalf.

The Embassy of Finland is open for collection Monday to Thursday 2 pm to 4 pm.

Is the replacement from your sponsor? Do you have an explanation for the source of the replacement? Because you may be asked this when they ask for supplementary documents.

You should have at least asked before withdrawing part of the money.

Well, if the money is from your personal employment, there might not be issues. And this also depends on what you do. If you are a salary earner, it is usually advised you do not deposit any other money into the account as you may be asked to justify the source of the fund deposited.

Remember it is not enough to have the money. But you must prove the source of the funds as well.

Also, if you have a sponsor, and the deposit of 6720euros was from him, then you have not done well as that action of withdrawing a certain amount and returning it might give you issues later.

Let's ask questions before some actions not after. I pray it comes out well for you at last.

Finland is no longer tuition free. For Master's degree, tuition is between €8,000 to €13,000. However, there are different percentages of scholarships available.

I got a request for supplement from migri today. I was asked to show Origin of funds. Another thing that was attached was an MP_1 form. I don't know why I got an MP_1 form since I am not applying for my RP from/in Finland. I have attached a screenshot of the form. Anyone here who has ever gotten such a form?
