Valid Id card. If it's a phone just hold #500-#1000 and pray it doesn't have any custom fee attached to it.

Please I want to ask. Does the custom fee apply only to DHL shipped phones or free shipping phones? That's the only question holding me back from ordering the ALLCALL S1 device. Please reply soon.

All phones ordered online are subject to custom charge but it's random though. You might be very lucky and nit be charged.

What's that? A phone?
I've heard of comments from other countries saying some items required that they pay for customs. I haven't experienced such.

It is random tbh. You might be lucky. Someone still paid 6k as custom charge last week while I paid #200. So be hopeful as nothing is guaranteed.

I've never bought a phone, but whatever I've bought, I only pay at the post office. Amount I pay depends on the weight.

What if the order arrives in Lagos and you are in another state,saay Abia state. Can it still be sent to your state via postal office without you going to Lagos fie its collection?

You will have to go to lagos to pick up your parcel, items aren't rerouted.

If I'm not mistaken, all orders arrive at Lagos first, before being sent to various destinations...
If the address is Abia, it'll get to Abia.
