But I already made payment for WES and the UI verification part has been completed. Just wanted to be sure if the RN certificate will add any advantage to my Express Entry.

I also change the document by document to course by course instead. The reason is I might be using it for Nursing society in Canada.

For immigration purposes...it is document by document, otherwise you will just waste your money and time.

GTB gave me a generic bank statement, still trying to get them to give me a letter in cic format. My time is running out.

Ask them to also give you a letter of non-indebtedness...with this and your 6 months statement of account, you should be fine

I created my profile recently and I was asked to create a jobbank account. I am trying to create the jobbank account but it keeps redirecting me to start all over after the security questions. I don't know what else to do, pls help!

Job bank isn't mandatory anymore, so you can as well forget about it.

I had my ECA done in April and got my ielts result in September(LRSW-9,8,8,7.5).Im applying as the PA and my CRS shows I’m 464.Im not the the pool yet because I’d like to have everything in hand so that I don’t start running up and down when the 60days countdown starts. I’d like clarification on the following;Response in red
1)Will my husband need to write ielts and get his ECA for my application to be successful?( I don’t
mind him doing the ielts but the WES is a bit of an issue because of our Nigerian Uni)No, he doesn't if you say he would accompany you when using the CRS
2)My proof of fund is a lump sum and I am unclear about how the TBills option works.
a)Can I buy the TBills and use the certificate immediately as my POF? Yes, you may search the forum for evidence
b)Will I need a LOE Yes, to explain how you got the money you divested in TB
c) Is it ok for the whole POF to be a gift deed?Sure
3)My family is quite large. I have a mum and 2 siblings as well as 2 half-siblings(same dad) and a stepmom with 4 step siblings.
a) Can including all of them in my personal/family info pose a threat to the success of my application(does anyone have a similar experience?)Are you all going together? If Not, don't worry till post-ITA, there would be somewhere to include them all. You could sponsor them later
4)I was rejected an American Visitor’s visa but I don’t remember the reason( I was so burnt I just tossed the paper). How do I sort that out?No idea. I'm just a local sombori, don't know what it looks like. grin grin grin
5) Will my husband need reference letters for all the places he worked in the last ten years? No, spouse's reference letter not needed if NOT Canadian work experience.
Looking forward to your responses. Thank you guys

Meanwhile, are you sure you calculated your CRS point well, especially, the Spouse accompanying part?
I answered based on what i gleaned from here and there. There may be other views.

ECA on the corner..Will Soon get an ITA .Just wanted to find out something because I keep on getting conflicting advises.
Started work as a medical doctor in 2014 in a private hospital.worked till October 31st when I left and worked with an NGO..The NGO job started November 2nd 2015.Along the line,in January I got a temporary employment with my state university as a lecturer, but never lectured for one day as the medical school was still seeking accreditation.Just to state that the NGO job was full time and I did clinical duties.i resigned from both jobs on March 31st 2017 even though work with the university was just meetings no lectures however I earned salaries from both the NGO and university.I currently work with a teaching hospital and during submission of my ITA I intend to leave out the university stuff out of my 10year history.i don't have strength to explain if they ask me why I held two jobs at the same time even though the university own was temporary.I also do not intend to claim points with the university as it doesn't fit the NOC of clinical duties I intend to claim points for.I just wanted to find out if it's ok.A couple have told me it is ok that people leave out some stuff and still get PPR.wanted to confirm with this group. Thanks

Just a perspective based on a rejection story newmum posted some pages ago... How would you explain their(University) periodical payment in your account when submitting statement of account post ITA.

1) With a crs of 464 you are good to go. Leave hubby alone.

2)Define lump sum and who made the lump deposit. You can buy the TBills now and use certificate + statement showing debit of the funds from you account for the purchase. If possible buy TBills for 3 months or more. If the funds for POF are coming from hubby, let him write a letter stating that he is authorising you to use/giving you the funds to aid your migration plans. If the funds are coming from another source which may be difficult to explain, then you can use gift deed.

3)You will have where to fill them in your application post-ITA. There's no threat whatsoever.

4)Even if you can't recall the reason for the rejection, still state the fact that you were rejected along with date/period of rejection so that its not counted against you as misrepresentation.

5) Please fill his details in Personal History, with this you will not need to provide references

I hope I calculated it well. We have family there so that bumped the CRS. It’ll be higher if my husband does his ielts.

Hi Jonababa. My CIMA Adv Diploma was evaluated as 3 years bachelors degree by WES. Did you also use WES? I got in through the gateway route though, could that be a factor?

I got in through the gateway route but unsure about this adv diploma thingy oo. Abeg, educate me before I’d be sitting on long thing. At what point are you issued the adv diploma certificate? Plus, I really don’t see much difference between 3yrs and 4yrs oooo *my opinion*

Considering the fact that i did not include a PGD programme i did while i was working, is it advisable raising a CSE at this point? I only included my BSc and Masters without including my PGD cos i was working aswell...didnt even include it in my personal history. Will this serve as misrepresentation? I actually used that PGD to gain admission in UK for Masters. Can such info be known by IRCC? Advice me ooo... this has gotten me worried for days now.

The race for 2 or more certificates no be here o. [s]Maybe you should be the first to find out[/s](I was advised the same sometimes ago, and it worked out positive) , if you could get transcript and certificate for the pre degree.
[s]But, I don't think they're considered 2 certs.[/s]
Ramj used WES for pre degree

Hey Shyee, interested in this info too. My brother was able to get his pre-degree statement of result (not certificate) and transcript and sent both (along with bsc certificate and transcript) to Iqas. Hoping iqas assesses as 2 or more certificates. Any thots?

ALL activities in the past ten years should be included in your personal history. Whether or not you're claiming points for them. Leave out anything at risk of your own sleepless nights.

There's already enough anxiety post-AOR talk less of when you manipulate the information you submitted... You'll just be dreaming bad bad dream of misrepresentation every night.

Besides misrepresentation is not limited to during the application process. We all saw story of the man who received misrep after PPR.

used to run a side hustle (which was registered) majorly sales of computer and I.t related accessories ran the business for 4months( sept -DEC 17) and stopped, while still being employed with the employer I'm claiming noc for. I didn't include this side hustle in my work history or personal history. In previous application for study visa within that period ( sept - DEC 17) I realised I stated it.
1. Is this misrepresentation?
2. Do I raise a cse ?

Yes, I know. But because I will definitely need the course by course. It better to do that and request for document by document afterward for the purpose of immigration.

And when you want a upgrade/ will I call it downgrade its easier and faster with from course by course to document by document

Lol you changed it to course by course? So now that you need document by document what will you use?

Upgrade/downgrade in case of document by document is a straight foward thing
