I travelled to france with student visa in sept but currently, there very few student jobs in the city where i'm staying now in France. I already have admission offer in Germany (Bavaria) but due to the block account or sponsporship letter, i decided to take the easy route to France.
The lack of student's jobs here in France has pushed me to make a decision to move out of France to enroll in Germany since my admission offer in Germany is still open.
I want to know if there will be a problem along the line since i'm moving to Germany with a french student visa?
Secondly, will i be able to get a work permit in Germany after my enrollment.
I don't know if the home office in Germany will still ask me to provide a block account or sponsporship letter so my visa will converted to a German student visa.

I stand to be corrected though, but I think it's dependent on the department you are applying to. Try to find out what exactly they require. Ask the program coordinator what exactly is required for such. That way you get first hand information on what is expected of you, so that you know what exactly to go for and avoid unnecessary expenses.

What I am sure of is that your docs for JMU Wurzburg has to be certified at the counsulate if not it may affect your application. It is clearly stated on the website and application form.

my Interview was quite simpler than i expected, but it gives me concern. Especially with the fact that i am going for Bsc(my second), but i was not given any written test as is the case for most Bsc applicants.

School is Uni of Gottingen.
I have sent a mail to Alien office and yet to receive a response for over a week.
The embassy in Lagos has said they haven't gotten feedback from the alien authority.
Any ideas what else to do?

The organization has sent him the job offer... He has signed it and they want to file for him for his blue card. The issue here is that we have been refreshing the work / family reunion section of the visa process for close to a week and we cannot see dates.

Are there specific times of the day that they schedule new dates ?

2. how about if i want to apply for like 5 institution to avoid rejection if i hope on one？how will my school send the transcript to these institution？

3. for age affidavit, what if both parents are not alive since i don't have NPC birth certificate？

Your school doesn't necessarily have to send your transcripts of record to the school you are applying to unless otherwise required.

You may request to have the transcripts sent to any organization here in Naija (your place of work or any other). When it's sent, you may go there and pick it up.
This will enable you use the same transcripts to apply to as many schools as possible.
Because it's pretty expensive and time consuming to apply to have your transcripts sent to different institutions.

As for the affidavit/age declaration, you may go with an older family member who will stand in as your father.
