You have to adhere strictly to what they require of you.

If they ask you for a certified copy of your documents, then you visit a federal high court for that, but if they ask you for a notarized copy of your document, you have to visit a notary public for that. It's very simple and straight forward. Try to follow what they ask you so you don't get rejected.

once the booking is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email, print and take it with you tonight the day of your appointment.

Note, you sending the mail to info@lago.diplo.de while sending to the embassy. The reference number is on the receipt you were issued incase you do not know. Best wishes.

And b4 now she lost her job but recently got another one, but she is on probation and they said they won't sign the form.
