i have been notified of a second stage assessment at nestoil for next week Wednesday. 'come with 4 copies of updated cv and writing materials' were the instructions attached. i am only wondering what they have in mind. i aslo learnt that some people had theirs today. does any one here have an idea of the content of the so called assessment.

The interview is a usual one. One of the things you should pay attention to is your CV. Don't include there what you can't defend and be sure you know very well what you have in there.
PS: you're not writing any essay.

It's more of an assessment centre and interview

Any Idea of why some people was call to come for interview and some was only call on phone to asked them question and why some was send email to update their CV... Any idea..
