Secondly , is it compulsory dt someone must get the online e-visa before going to Abj for biometrics ? Or if not, can one just get d international passport with d 30k for biometrics ( 3months tourist visa fee) and go to UAE embassy and pay for visa?

Check the arrival and departure airports. It might be arrival at Ataturk(major airport) and departure from SabihaGocken. The money, time and stress you will waste on connecting to both airports no be here o.

Also, unless you have a Turkey entry visa, be ready to seat at the airport for the over 10 hours wait. Or pay for a room in the airport.

Check these 2 things and compare with booking other airlines before u commit your money.
