I went to a Catholic Church today for the first time

I haven't been to church since I broke my leg( my assault incident)
So it was refreshing for me

I just love the spirituality of the Catholic Church

Those images on the wall were beautiful, made me have this deep connection with God

It was a nice experience, kept on looking at the virgin Mary/Jesus statues and images, dey were so beautiful, divine, sacred and artistic. . I also enjoyed the robe guys
I Kept on focusing what they were saying because we all hear the Catholic worship mary and all

By one thing I noticed when they were reciting their prayers, they said Jesus descended from hell when he died before he ascended to heaven, never knew that. .I will do my research after

But I realized they are not friendly like other churches, no one welcomed me.

Naa, I should stick to my sophisticated Protestant church, where everyone dresses nice, expensive, rich and act posh

But won't mind going to Catholic Church once in a while, just to have a different experience once in a while

Good for u, the images are supposed to do exactly that. catholics believe christians both in heaven and on earth form one family of God so we have family album in church where u can luk at family members.

I liked the bowing down to the cross, when they carry the Cross at the end of the church, all the demonstrations they do has so much swag
