It's not in my attitude to reply people with rude mannerism but let me educate you. Firstly, there's nothing like approved meaning in language but conventional accepted at a particular period of time. That's why in the 17th and 18th centuries, gay means "good" but now "homosexualism" meat means "bread" but now "flesh" etc. U see, the Oxford dictionary is worldly accepted because it's from British which is the origin of English and it will limit d level of disparities both in meaning & pronunciation (phonetics). However, when it comes to semantics and pragmatic level of linguistics analysis, it's open. That's why we have local (might be slang) National (Tout in Nig) and international usage of of words, it's all beauty of Language. That's why legal practitioners will study a document within the ambit of law and it jurisdiction ( local, national and international law). These are English words that have different meaning in different countries- "Brat" means brother in Poland, "fart" means speed in Norway, "gift" means poison in Germany, Kiss means "wee" in Sweden, in USA, bin means a storage container while in UK, it means trash Can etc... U can sue anybody that calls u tout for defamation of character in Nig, all u need is an evidence which prof.Wole Soyinka and John Clark dictionaries provide. Cheers✌

You did not tell us the time it tok to charge from 0-100

That's inconsequential here. The test was mainly to know how many times each could charge the phone. Both power banks have fast charge technology and charge phones pretty fast. The xiaomi has fast charge on both USB ports while the ramoss has fast charge on a dedicated port and normal charge on the other port.

Chief, save yourself from sophistry.
Try know more about Creole, hybrid variety of English, and international English, with an open mind.
This is English in discuss, not another language.
It's very simple, what does tout mean in the English language?

In what English variety does tout have a negative meaning?

Are Nigerians native users of English?

If Britain was the origin of English, are non-British, but native speakers not native users of English?

Yes you can, but not later than 9.5.19.0

If you experience battery drain, factory reset or download the miui 10 fastboot rom and do a clean install

Actually I have done a factory reset already but haven't tried the fastboot rom yet. Can you please share the link to download the exact fastboot rom for RN5 global rom. Not sure the exact one to download on the miui forum

Click on that settings icon to see if you've set it to update over wifi

Or

Maybe you prevented the apps from accessing the Internet.

You can also go to system apps updater under app and clear cache.

LOUT is the correct English word to mean what most Nigerians use TOUT for. Tout originated from pronunciation ineffectiveness. Tout has its correct meaning which isn't negative

Colonial masters basterdized "Ameer" (an Arab word close in meaning to leader) to "Emir" and incorporated it into their English language. Is Emir an Arabic word? No!

In Nigeria, I can 'toast' a girl and be held in 'go-slow' but in English semantics, not possible.
In Nigeria, Noobody shouldn't be a TOUT but because this is English, he is a tout. So are all of us "touting".

Good forming fam.
I peace out kiss
