The north will continue to have dominance in Nigeria politics because of population. That is why i will support secession till tomorrow
with the bitterness btw the north and the south east Nigeria will never have an igbo president. But will our leaders esp northern leaders let our people go?

north West 18m , north east 10m , south west 14m, north center 6m south east 7m and south south 8m. where do you think it advisable to pick VP. APC may have 12m from north west and 8m from north east which is 20m. more than vote of south east and south south. the jokers card is south west.

Its very likely that Osita Chidoka will be picked as Atiku's running mate and these points buttress my opinion.

1. Osita has been a son to Obj since 2009 when he appointed him to head the FRSC. Most events at OOPL Abeokuta always had Osita in attendance and a close sit with Baba.

2. Obj in recent times has clamoured for the South East to get a bite at the national cake especially the presidency.

3. Osita has been unusually close with Atiku's in recent times.

4. With the recent blessing from Baba he will want to have an input into Atiku's government and who better to represent him than Osita.

This is not leaving out the intellectual sagacity of Osita and his innovative ideas, he's young and relatively experienced in politics, he will be the best fit going forward.
He is qualified but the powers that be will not allow him because of 2023. Presently he is an SA to PDP chairman on STRATEGY on that capacity he attends all PDP high level meetings.

Now SW will do the same, because its the right thing to do, VP or no VP.

com and force SW to vote for Atiku now. sebi it's by force. nonsense

Are you aware that in the peak of all SW political sagacity, they gave PMB only 500k win while Anambra alone gave GEJ 600k. Do you think Ndi Igbo are only in SE? Do you know how many elected Igbo politicians in SW? We hate Buhari with our blood, but if PDP play games with us, then we are returning the lifeless one.

The only way we can concede VP to SW is if they concede APC VP to SE.

Buhari got more than 600k votes from Lagos alone. Stop displaying your foolishness in public. those foolish talks are meant for your ipob village meeting.

Yes, but he won't become even if Atiku goes East for VP..he needs someone with more clout

So it will be either of

Ngozi

Peter Obi

Soludo

or

Adesina.,....(SW)

It will be any of these 4...

I have nothing against youthful Chidoka who will definitely represent the SE well...but aside youthfulness where else does he fit into the criteria lay down for Atiku VP? on the economy and international reach? that's where NOI, Obi, Soludo and Adesina comes in....

Peter Obi does not have any meaningful international clout. Osita Chidoka outranks him in that angle.

Anyway, Osita Chidoka or Muoghalu will make a perfect fit for Atiku for various reasons.
Chidoka is far more intelligent than Peter Obi for a start, and is far more likely to provide the needed counter-balance to ensure that herder terrorist operations in the middlebelt and southern Nigeria are drastically curtailed.

Chidoka is braver than the rest also and much more likely to get IPOB not to carry out their threat of convincing SE and SSners not to boycott the 2019 election series.

Muoghalu is a solid intellectual and outranks Peter Obi intellectually and otherwise.

For your information, based on Lagos census figures, which was conducted by Tinubu when he was governor of Lagos in defiance to Federal census figures; 52% of the people in lagos are igbo, that is why everytime there is an election in lagos, agbaje always takes his campaign to Ohaneze and the Obi of onitsha. This is also why ACN/APC Lagos created an igbo youth wing within the party and also ensures that their is always one igbo man in their cabinet in the Lagos state government.

What I believe Nigeria/Atiku needs is concerted efforts backed up with international endorsements plus some Esusu from those private conglomerates that want to see some bad economic policies go.

Dr Nkonjo Iweala is that person. The only problem is that she is uninterested in local politics, I know that much. That is where Baba iyabo can be useful.

If Atiku listens to only politicians when choosing a running mate he will loose. I have already sent Alhaji Atiku my proposal.

He should send a delegation to Dr Iweala's parents (they will convince her from the back end), then send Baba Iyabo and Dr Goodluck will convince her from the front end.

If it leaks that pressure is on her, IFO (international finance organisation) will back, pressurise and endorse her instantly.

The debt profile of Nigeria is too high, they need someone that will make sure that their money comes out from Nigeria. Except for china, they need the debt to subjugate us, just like they are doing to Zambia and Djibouti.

As I speak to you, Chinese police officers have been sworn in, in Zambia to oversee the police force, the mines and the international airport are up for grabs. ZESCO that supplies power to 80% of the entire country is now fully under the control of the Chinese government. All because of huge debt obligations that Zambia can't meet anymore.

Baba no favour anybody, not even Aisha Buhari his own wife and that is saying something....... angry

As if that is not enough, Baba sent Amaechi to Japan to go and borrow again.

Better to send this man back to Daura quick quick, before he sell off the whole Nigeria to the Asians like iron condemn......... undecided

This is the dumbest thing on the internet. 52% are igbos. What of hausa? 25% south south nko? 20% ? so Yorubas are 5% in Lagos? wow!

Why are you igbos so obtuse and delusional? Is it because of your flat heads?

Better stop recreating and save the world from more dunces.

Your point on Muoghalu is also correct, at the end of the day, PDP and Atiku will make the right choice ..

What was Osibanjo clout when he was elected

Chidoka was FRSC boss, Minister for Aviation, governorship candidate

He is good enough to be VP

Young and smart and is a full disciple of restructuring

Hey mr. Man,this ur analogy is out off point because 40% of SW register voters is consists of Igbos especially Lagos

40%? How did you get that figure?

We will get back to that. So, to the main meal of the day:

I don't see any reason why a south easterner should not take the VP slot of the PDP. Osita Chidoka is qualified for the position but I prefer Peter Obi because of his stance of cutting cost of governance. I say a big No to NOI, wonderful woman who unfortunately doesn't talk true to power when it is needed most but I won't be surprised if a south westerner gets it.

The westerners are reaching out to everybody on the issue with a tempting proposal of splitting the west for PDP (not necessarily true since the south west is usually multi directional about Presidential elections due to the cosmopolitan environment). SE deserves the VP slot but they need to reach out and lobby properly. It is politics.

Back to the 40%...

Do you work in INEC? It's amazing how you are able to pull up such figure. Wow! You are either an overvalued statistician or undervalued hyperbolist.

Hit brake on the exaggeration! PLEASE!

40% shocked shocked shocked
