PDP may, agreed. These are politicians. Politicians are not the ones whom you can trust. Unfortunately, when the present is terrible, any other option is desirable. This is simple human psychology and has worked everywhere. The reason why the British voted the Tories in a decade plus ago or so was that they regarded the Labour government as the ones who were responsible for Britain’s austerity during the global financial crisis.
Anything asides the Tories was desired. Personally, I think Buhari and his handlers blew it themselves. If you read Max Silohun’s book Soldiers of Fortune, you’ll find out that every coup and change of government in Nigeria was driven on the back of the public’s anger with the economy. Buhari’s refusal to totally delegate the handling of the economy to trusted hands due to his bigoted view of life is what has cost him.

We shall send the dullard back to Daura next year.

A good market sells itself. Trust me, every sane minded and educated person in North will like Peter Obi as VP. Emir of Kano will rather support Atiku because of Peter Obi so also will Sultan of Sokoto. Yorubas will vote Peter Obi especially the youth. Atiku atikulated well with this nomination.
