Good evening fellow nairalanders, I got my tecno pouvoir 2 just a month ago, been using it smoothly, never had any problem with it, has never fallen down, no scratch issue, no software issue except it asking me to update some softwares, but where I wan see data?? Just yesterday, Saturday, in the morning, I tried turning it on, battery was low the previous night, it came on but went off later again, due to low battery, it was 1% when it came on, so later I charged it to about 40% but when I tried unlocking it with my finger print it just didn't it didn't work, I tried the password, it would type it but when I touch the done/enter button, it'll just hang and then go off and come back on again, it's been like this since yesterday, I've tried the up button and power option to try and format it, all to no avail, it only brings up that bot with the error sign saying NO COMMAND, Please what can I do again? The phone is hardly two months.

Take it to a techno service center, ur warranty is still valid.

Issue like this happens at times but the best thing is to take your phone to professionals to fix. Carlcare should help.

You should have updated it when it asked u to. Why not take it to Carlcare?

These things happen. As these phones are machines too. Might be an internal fault. Thankfully Tecno has a repair outlet in every part of the company. Check Carlcare.com/ng

Take it to carecarl. They would fix it in 2 hours and you'll start enjoying your device again

Take your phone to a Tecno carlcare in less than 2 hours you would be good

Defending their sub standard products

Hello guys, i promised to post here ass soon as i get my phone, but i failed, I'm sorry. i got it last week Tuesday, 16-10-2018. phone was back and alive, my software was update, i asked the person at the store where i got the phone about what happened, although she didn't really know, but she said was like anything can happen with these phone, then i remembered the issue Samsung had that year with their batteries blowing up. Also, my screen guard was removed but they said if they had not removed it the scanner wouldn't have detected what happened with the phone, that another #500 again. chai. i hope this helps someone. Don't try tweaking your phone yourself
Take it to Carlcare.

Take it to Carl care if you still have warrantee. But if you're a tech enthusiast like me, just open the back cover, it'll be a little bit hard to come out, cause of the gum but please be careful. Even when the back cover is out, just above the battery, you'll see a slim iron with the finger print sensor in between, unscrew the two screws at each end of the iron, be careful not to year the plastic wire.
Under it you'll see two battery connector, careful disconnect the, clean then with like spittle (like I did), connect then back gentle and voilà, it stops coming off and on.

Though it worked for me, if you're not conversant with phone parts, please take it to a phone repairer.
