I had an interview with private company in dubai in which i did well and i was given offer letter to sign with rasonable salary and annual leave bonus, i was ask to bring my international passport d following day which i did in order to process my residence id but to my supprise now have not been call to start work...pls advice me on what to do. Going to 2weeks now

Have you spoken with them about it? Because what I know is they request for passport data page copy first, then after your employment permit/visa is out they will request for your passport for stamping but what do I know...justi, nattybanta, NonnyG, over to you.

Yes UAE embassy work on fridays. From my experience you can attest MOE and MOFA in a day but will likely not meet up for embassy same day. Then at embassy you have to submit and pick it up next day.
Might take you 3 to 4 days.

What do u mean by 50k? while d amount DT those agents are calling is on d higher side , what most of them are saying is different from what they are advertising
