If managing drivers was that easy, trust me uber and taxify would have been in the biz. With the advent of driveless cars, uber is not asking for partners to bring in their driveless cars into the pool, but uber is now massively building their inventory of driveless cars. Managing just 2 drivers talkless of 10 ain't easy bro.

When it comes to driveless cars in Nigeria, I don't really see that been successful.. Certain things has to be put in place before that can take off ...the Nigerian road is number one reason that I don't see driveless cars taken off... if you really look at our infrastructure. we are still way behind in technology...

Just because you can't manage 2 to 10 drivers does not mean it can't be done... I do agree it is not easy , if it is easy people will be very successful at doing it... but in these uber business am sure you can get at least 10 good manageable drivers out of 10,000. Now that been said my experience so far... no matter how you try to employ any Nigerians ... there is this notion that they must chop money or find ways to steal from you ..this is regardless whether na uber or not... the Nigerian mindset is highly corrupt ...due to that it is very hard or challenging to employ any Nigerian in any company... you can hire them on the lower level of your coy.. But when it comes to higher ops that is like playing in the lion dens.. You have to sleep with one eye open or certain things to check mate them.

If you do notice foreign coy that hire Nigerians in Nigeria.. Are very brutal to the Nigerian workers.. Because they known that they have to treat us with iron gloves.. If they fail to do that they might be running at a loss.. We Nigerians are generally stubborn and we don't want to work hard.. We want the easy way out ..but that does not mean there are no good hard working Nigerians out there.. You just have to take your time and look..

I think you meant to say dead cars.. I don't really see any partners out there, that is willing to give out good cars for that amount.. Maybe on a part time bases.. But 25k for a good car bro ...I wish you and the partner the best of luck.. It will lead to the blind leading the blind..

A friend wants to get a toks corolla and give out on uber/taxify.
1.Which is more advisable as per getting more request, 2003 model or 2005..
its been like 5months I last drove on taxify,
2.is it still possible to get a driver that delivers 35k with no hassles.

I recently just spent N300, 000 putting a car in 'good condition' after it'd been seriously abused by drivers like yourself. Car in good condition for N25k grin

boss I'm very much interested in the offer but the gospel truth is that 30k is fare enough to guarantee you good maintenance and good safety of the car. With 30k the car will not stress too much. I'm ready to work with you.08100407181 my name are Simon edet Okwong. I live in Yaba. Have a nice day.

his network could be bad at that point, happens to me sometimes. A change of position, say like 200m or more could help. His intention may not be to cheat.

and if u don't. U can't end d trip.
Few times my riders shared Hotspot with me especially on cash trip. Other times i ask dem to just give me what dey saw on d estimate, i lose 100-200 naira atimes.
But on card, i just tell d rider d trip isn't ending cause of poor coverage of my network, i will switch to 3g and refresh d network and if it doesn't end i will have to move away from here a little. And they always agree, and still give 5star.

Na accident?

When i fixed my old corolla 06 tho sold naw. I didn't spend Up to 250k and the front was almost right off. Lol. Panel beating the whole car? On na full painting? Hmmm GoD dey o

25k weekly isn't a bad idea neither is 35k. Both drivers and partners have the right to negotiate. I gave out my car for 30k, while me SIS's driver is remitting 35k and carshopper gave his car for 25k and plan to go lower( not sure about carshoprr's intention)
