So, let's even say Nigeria and Israel want to fight war.
Israel has a total population of about nine million people. Out of this, about
three million of them are fit for military service. Don't forget that every Israeli
has to undergo a compulsory one year military service. Annually, about a
hundred thousand young people reach the military age.
Their air force has 252 fighter jets, 252 attack & 95 transport helicopters. On
land, they boast of 2,760 combat tanks, 10,575 armoured vehicles, 148 rocket
projectors, 659 self-propelled artillery. With 6 submarines, 32 patrol vessels,
their Navy is also a solid force. Idi Amin will never forget what they did at
Entebbe.
Today, Israel is a high-tech superpower and one of the world’s top weapons
exporters with approximately $6.5 billion in annual arms sales. Since 1985, for
example, Israel is the world’s largest exporter of drones, responsible for about
60 percent of the global market, trailed by the US, whose market share is under
25 percent. Its customers are everywhere — Russia, South Korea, Australia,
France, Germany and Brazil.
Israel has the Arrow, this is a technology which is partially funded by the United
States, to intercept long-range ballistic missiles, David’s Sling to intercept
medium-range rockets and cruise missiles as well as the combat-proven Iron
Dome, which has intercepted hundreds of Katyusha rockets fired from the Gaza
Strip in recent years.
Let's not even talk about their Secret Agency The Mossad. Those ones are not
born again. They once killed an enemy by poisoning his toothpaste.
So, let's beg Lai Mohammed not to start what we can't finish ooo. Lolz!

some empty heads will just be talking rubbish, with zero knowledge of international politics. israel will just wake up and decide to come and fight nigeria for the freedom of biafra, does it make any sense? meanwhile israel is busy oppressing and denying palestinians in the gaza strip that same freedom. nigeria is a soveriegn state, no other country, i repeat no other country will be directly involve in its internal affairs outta the blue. international relations principle of none interferance .

As in ehn nairaland is a place where the comments from the mindset of people baffles me.

How and why will Israel and Nigeria start a fight?
I just tire for nairaland these days.

It's an irony, Nigeria is publicly asking for the freedom of Palestinians while killing agitators in Nigeria.

I think maybe he should add that, they won’t interfere directly until there’s something of value to which they have a collective interest in. Ghadaffi was removed because he had plans to disrupt the world monetary system installed by the western powers. I wonder why anyone would think they’ll interfere in this Nigeria/Biafra issue, it’s of no value to them

Nigeria poses no direct threat to Israel or any Middle East countries, so they don't have any reason to fight Nigeria.

Nigeria and Israel ain't close, the war will be very expensive for them to execute, they don't have the financial strength to carry on with such attack, it will cost them a lot (Only US can successfully invade Nigeria with little stress, because they have Military Bases all over West Africa).

As at this time, Isreal is trying to build a good relationship with Africans, having a beef with Nigeria will further undermine such efforts, as most African countries will see them as bullies.

Isreal has many battles on ground now, what happens in Nigeria is of no concern to them, Iran is currently transferring heavy military technology to Hazabolla, you know Iran has always been a great threat to Isreal, they are looking for any means to strike Isreal using proxies, that's why US is trying all they can to weaken Iran's military might in the region, Also Russia just indirectly declared a no fly zone in Syria with the supply of the S-300 advance defense system.

Plus the Isreali Government just denied the presence of Nigeria's Secessionist leader in their country, meaning they don't want to get involved in Nigeria's internal affairs.

God bless Nigeria.

Or they denied it because they don't want to hand him over.

Israeli has no problem interfering with your business if they have a point to prove.
They intefere in the business of more important countries than Nigeria.

Your president went to the UN to support Palestine when he has a home grown secessionists at home.

Israel may decide to teach him a lesson.

Nigeria stance on Jerusalem has always been a two state solution, Almost every West African countries voted against Israel, South Africa was worse, they cut off all diplomatic relations with Isreal, as at Today the world still don't regard Jerusalem as Israel territory save for US.

Like I said earlier, Israel has no reason to teach Nigeria any lesson, because We don't pose any direct threat to them, they don't have any reason to start any fight with us.

Why are they then denying his presence in their country if truly they are in support of him?, the man boasted that the Isreali government are behind him, but what they said was quite different, the Isreali government won't extradite him if they don't want to, there's nothing Nigeria can do about that, when Charles Taylor was exiled in Nigeria, the Nigerian government refused extraditing him despite plea from several countries.

Most of you from NigerDelta are too shallow in wisdom.

You think distance will stop Israel from destabilizing Nigeria if they seek to do so.?

Go and find out the country that armed the Kurds of Syria, Iraq, Turkey etc aside the US.

All what Israel needs to do, is to arm Biafrans to crush the Nigerian State.

Do more research before talking and not just speak out of emotional desire to see things turn out as you desire/think.

How far has Isreal backed rebel performed in Syria?, with the help of Iran the Syrian government keeps pushing them into oblivion(They now control a tiny territory), if Isreal choose to arm a section of the country (Which is even not possible) then expect Nigeria to seek help from other countries, and I bet many countries will be glad to assist.

Now the question is, what will Israel benefit from going against the Nigerian government?, are we a treat to their existence?, do we in any way interfere in their affairs in Middle East?, Do we pose a threat to them?,

Israel has many issues on ground, their existence is being threatened by Iran's constant plan of arming Hezbollah and you think what's going on in Nigeria will be a major concern to them?

The original message the op passed was about a war between Nigeria and Israel, I just stated that it's not possible for both countries to have any conflict.

Then you don't know global geopolitics taking place as pertaining the Kurds.

Let nobody deceive you that war only occurs between two nations that shares border.

Remember that US, Japan, Germany never share borders but fought a world war.

Interest could lead to arm struggle between 2 distant powers.

Buhari supports Palestinians and Israelis support Biafrans. All that is needed now is to arm their proxies to wage war between themselves.

Efewestern, go and upgrade your knowledge on global happenings because you still have a long way to go just as Buhari your President.

see low level of reasoning of the highest order,. you simply don't even know the difference between a political uprising against long dictatorial rules and a successionist struggle. Nigeria/biafra, Cameroon /amazonia, Spain /Catalonia ,Israel /Palestine , situations are totally different from the Syrian situation for example... the west will only get involved if the government doesn't Dance to their tune or benefits them or if they want to install proper democracy so as to put puppet regimes in power to their own economic benefits . why did they not intervene.. they won't try it, they cannot.
