I’m quite confused. Please at what point do they ask for this additional family information form?

Because i remember i filled in family information in my eAPR application. Do they also ask for this IMM 5406 form to be filled at the POE? Thanks.

Anyways, if your sister can do without the siblings' point, I think she should leave you out as well - to keep things simple.
Or she can write a compelling LOE detailing why you left her out of your application. And then both of you should pray that a reasonable VO works on her file

I have gone through the threads on ECA using WES. what is the current position on adding Waec with a degree evaluation. some said it should be neglected while others said it shouldn't. if it's required,How do i go about it?

@IOM...I couldn't get through on phone. Sent a mail to their booking email but will follow up with a call on Monday. I don't know if a booking is required. ..will confirm on Monday

You most definitely need a booking with IOM. Someone will respond to your mail, usually within two working days

No you won't fill anything at the POE. Your cases are different, he/she didn't capture his/her sister while filling eapr.

Nope. Any parent or sibling not put in your application cannot get anything from you.

On a side note, your excuse doesn't hold because she she didn't stop being your sibling because she got married and it's stated to put parents and siblings including those that are dead.

The rate at which the other options in Lagos are going with their shakara...IOM will soon be flooded like the Abuja scenario.

Someone on this platform spoke of collecting signatures to request for more med exam clinics in Nigeria...it is about time!

IoM would normally require that your book an appointment before your med. You guyz in Lagos are lucky though. In Abuja, we've got ONLY IoM. I was there earlier in the week for enquiries and was told that they would attend to 32! People that for Canadian Visas Related medicals.

Anyone who has an available slot in qlife or children's practice for a family of 3 on or before 20th November...and is willing to swope (for qlife) or is nit urgently in need of taking the medical exams...Pls PM me.

I have a slot for November 29th with qlife which would do me no good considering my timeline.

I will also explore IOM in ikeja but I wouldn't say no to a medical exam at a lesser price after all na d same tinz dem dey do.

Not at all. My travel History was fair and not enough to put me in SS. Almost travels pre AoR was work related and the most i spent in a single country was 10days. I also spent 1 day in some countries. Anyway, CIC is still unpredictable as they have always been!
