I got her contacts and we started talking on phone and texting on WhatsApp. I really like this girl in fact I was already falling in love with her, because she is beautiful both on the outside and on the inside.

I asked her, her age few days ago and since I found that that she is 2 years older than me, I've not been happy. I really like this girl and I was hoping she was the one, but I just don't like the fact that she is older than me.

It's difficult for ladies nowadays to respect men that are older than them talk more of someone that they are older than.

Guys, do you think a woman can respect her man despite being older than him?

Respect works both ways brother! Are you looking for respect or control? Those two are not the same. You need to change the way you think and fast. Getting hung up on a two year ago gap borders on the insane. You are right this girl is not for you. She needs someone who is mature with an abundance of emotional intelligence you are clearly struggling in those two areas.

Far from it, I'm not looking for someone I can control. Maturity has nothing to do with my preference as a man, I really like this girl but I will let her go.
