Irrespective of the authenticity of this news anyway, i think it's high time people knew that that not ALL exercise is befitting or healthy for your system. You can't be on a 140/90 B.P scale and say you want to improve your health by jogging or have a fractured bone and weigh 62kg and say you want to be lifting a 70kg weight to make your bones stronger. Please visit a medical fitnes specialist before you engage yourself into any aerobics even. You'll do that if your health really means so much to you.

you dont have any concrete information about what actually led to his demise, but youve gone to town with plenty advisory messages that are neither here nor there. You make it seem like staying fit is a bad thing, or that the guy told you its because of six packs he set out jogging,
Not to mention the carefree way you said he should rest in peace. Almost like youre absolutely sure of the time and manner you are going to go.
