Another thing we need to understand is.. Most women don't have the time to work out. When they woke in the morning they have to bath the children, sweep the house, prepare food, get the kids ready for school and prepare their lunch, and also they go to work while some go to sell in the market,, so tell which time do you expect them to workout?
