I believed we only submitted photo copy of credentials not original copy. Why did Buhari submitted original copy of his credentials? If truly he submitted original copy why not requested for it or is it not within Nigeria? Buhari has questions to answer.

7 Questions For WAEC and President Buhari

1. Does WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria have the power to issue certificate the SECOND time after the first is issued and without first retrieval of the first certificate (just as they have done in the case of President Muhammadu Buhari)?

2. Does WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria (and globally) have the right to issue a fresh certificate to an individual after a previous issuance even when the individual never reported that the previous certificate contains error nor returned same to allow for a fresh certificate to be issued (just as they have done in the case of President Muhammadu Buhari)?

3. Is it not expected of WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria to issue a certified true copy of certificate to individuals whose certificates got lost, stolen or damaged, as with the global norm and policy?

4. If President Buhari swore on oath on five occasions (2003, 2007, 2011, 2015 and 2019) that his original WAEC certificate was with the Military board, does it not amount to fraudulent practice for him to be issued a fresh certificate by WAEC?

5. If President Muhammadu Buhari applied to WAEC for misplaced/stolen/damaged original certificate, is WAEC permitted under the law to issue a fresh certificate or a certified true copy of the previous certificate?

6. If question 5 is the case, does it not amount to deception under oath by President Muhammadu Buhari to have alleged in his affidavit that his certificate was with the military board instead, and thereby committing perjury?

7. Has Nigeria become a Banana Republic where those in power are permitted to do as they please without regards for procedures, policies and laws?

8. If WAEC claim that the new certificate issued to President Muhammadu Buhari is "Attestation Certificate", is it ideal for such to be issued when the President swore to oath that the original still exist and is with the military? Or Was it a false attestation made by President Buhari?

This action Buhari just took has finally messed him.up outrightly he should have stick to his my certificate is with the millitary but bring attention when the original was never declared missing by Buhari has seriously open more mockery of the whole thing.

How can he be given attention when the original wasn't declared missing it's very weird. Apc has finally moved from lies, propaganda to fraud and forgery.

My fellow PDP people why do you still refuse to use your head.

Only one answer Nullifies all your questions.

Buhari was issued an Attestation and not a new certificate.

Common sense should have told you that waec does not issue fresh certificates but an attestation.

You this my fellow PDP people are pathetically illiterate.

Is there an affidavit to that claims that the certificate is/was with the military but can't find it?
He did affidavit that it's with the military board. The military never said they can't find it, they said in 2015 that there is no record of such document with them.

Now EVEN if they say they've misplaced it, it is for them to officially state it via a letter, that letter is then attached to application for an attestation OR CTC. But such isn't the case

odiks:

Since the military board claimed in 2015 that it is not in their custody and that they cannot find it in his file what does that suggest to you? It simply means that it is lost and hence the need for an attestation.
No, the best would be to compel the military to produce it and not demand for another, it is illegal except the military publicly admit it was lost or damaged but such was never the case.

Premium Times we are waiting you oooo! Ex Finance Minister know what I mean.

Premium Times has already done due diligence on this issue.

Earlier post on the subject.
===============================================================
Stop clutching at straws, it makes a mockery of intelligence (cough cough) grin
Did you not read the excerpt I provided, which shows that Premium Times was able to obtain the master sheet published by Cambridge?

PREMIUM TIMES obtained the computer printout from Cambridge University as well as a statement of result, signed by the current principal of Katsina College, dated January 21, 2015.

Has that examination board disclaimed it at any point?

What about the remarks made by Alex Ajayi, the former registrar of WAEC who attests to issuing Buhari's certificate?

I took examiners to Cambridge for training across 10 years and trained them in Nigeria. I had the opportunity of issuing WAEC certificates to three former Heads of State: Buhari, Abacha and Babangida in the 60s. When I was in WAEC, I was put on the council of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1966 by the national government of Aguiyi Ironsi.
Source:https://punchng.com/issued-buharis-waec-certificate-ex-registrar-86/

Remember now that this is the same distinguished sage who gave Christopher Okigbo (his friend) a letter of recommendation for a job, in the 60s (see excerpt I have attached)

Now I don't mind debating this subject with individuals who have the right tools of analysis, as I have a library of written information we can reflect on. What gores me are the poorly educated nitwits who are reposed with an inordinate estimate of their true abilities. The kind that is legion on NL. angry

What was issued to him is not a new certificate cos it's only issued once rather what was issued to him today by the HEAD OF WAEC who came all the way from Ghana is an ATTESTATION CERTIFICATE.

Is it WAEC that is suppose to issue Attestation Certificate or the school he claim he wrote the exam? Let's stop deceiving ourselves, this is monumental fraud coming from the presidency.

TonyeBarcanista:

Doctor, I can't agree less with your submission.

If Buhari was sincere and possess the integrity that he has been proclaiming, all he would have done is to
crypresent his First School Leaving Certificate (Primary school certificate) to INEC considering that he has ability to read and write, thereby meeting the "equivalent" of the minimum requirements as stated in the constitution without dragging the military and a nonexisting military board into it.

But he wouldn't do that has that would raise huge question how he managed to enroll as commissioned officer into the military without possessing the minimum requirements as at then.

There is so much hidden and this recent development just popped another angle to it.

God help Nigeria
I agree with you boss

. I wonder why we like problems in Nigeria where there are none.It surprises me that some Nigerians still like making noises when there should be none. All the questions above are frivolities and aberration. They are meaningless and childish in all ramifications. Let it be on record that Mr President said the original copy is with the military. WAEC came with another copy bearing same exam number which tallies with what he has been saying he possesses. A high ranking official like governor or president can be issued a certificate at any time. Remember When Goodluck Jonathan s house was gutted with fire destroying his university certificates UNIPORT presented another certificates to him in ASO rock. within two weeks There is no issue in that. This is an exceptional case. like that of PMB It is an executive treatments. Finally all your questions are noises which hold no water at all as long as he did the exam and all the results can be confirmed.....

Earlier post on this issue.

It is right there in plain sight now...

If you’ve lost your OCR certificate, you can apply online for a replacement or a certifying statement. You’ll need to complete the application form online. We will then search for your records and send you:

A replacement certificate – for vocational qualifications, such as NVQs.
A certifying statement of results – for general qualifications, such as GCSEs or A Levels. This is an official copy of the final examination results held by us.
Source: https://www.ocr.org.uk/students/replacement-certificates/

You can get a replacement cert for vocational qualifications like NVQs, geddit?
For general exams like GCE, WASC, ...etc, a 'Certifying statement of results' is all that can be provided.
Now here is a riddle for you; since Cambridge was rather quick off the mark to address you and other TANoids directly in 2015, with the clarification contained in the screen shot I uploaded earlier, why has it not disputed the results posted by Katsina College?

P.S - Some of us are fully embedded in the system, so we know how it works first hand wink

He said it was with the military. The military said it wasn't. He swore an affidavit backing his result which itself should let you know it was not traceable anymore which necessitated this attestation.

But the military claim it is not in their possession when it therefore makes common sense to request from the governing board.

What about the statement of result that was issued to Buhari during the 2015 elections? Is that one not from WAEC? And if it was from WAEC, Is WAEC denying its own certificate by issuing an attestation certificate?

PS: Maybe WAEC abandoned the 2015 certificate because of the discrepancies discovered in it. Read this:

Sir, he said his certificate is with the military board, all he had to do is to go collect from them. If they insist that they misplaced it, he can use the official response to demand for a Certified True Copy of same Certificate.

Why say it's with the military (the military said they have no such record) and at same time obtain another from WAEC? It doesn't look right Sir

If Buhari said his original certificate is with the military board and the military board said they can't find it, and you guys insist on seeing his WAEC certificate, what do you want Buhari to do?

Buhari went to his Alma Mater to get a statement of result, you guys screamed FAKE.

You guys said Buhari could not have sat for hausa exams because hausa was not offered in 1961, Cambridge came out and attested to the fact that hausa language exams was indeed set for West African students in 1961, you guys screamed Cambridge is compromised.

Now, WAEC headquarters itself has presented Buhari with a certificate (Attestation ), you guys have decided to attack WAEC.
So what else do you want. I have said here that no matter what evidence Buhari present, you guys will still wail.
