Something is definitely fishy in this Buhari certificate issue.
I have an inkling that there is a skeleton,big one,in that cupboard the purported certificate was retrieved from.
It could be that its release would show that buhari had either lacked d necessary qualifications or had compromised somewhere along the line and his claimed integrity would finally be exposed for the scam it had been all these years.It could as well be something else,but my gut feeling is that the certificate issue,even with this WAEC release,is still a messy,fishy affair.

Since the military board claimed in 2015 that it is not in their custody and that they cannot find it in his file what does that suggest to you? It simply means that it is lost and hence the need for an attestation.

The Issue is that Buhari did not Credit Maths. If you read the principal's letter it states that Buhari will Pass English and Maths with Credit which is the criteria for being a military officer.
Buhari is Qualified to run for office of President but not Qualified to be in the Military ab initio.

What WAEC did is not unusual, what of a case of lost in fire certificate, in any institution, certificates could be re-issued if the original is lost, burnt or stolen. In some cases abroad, your employer will even not verify your certificate. Only when I was in State employment was my certificates verified and I did't have to provide them copies. I only told them the institutions I attended and the did the verification by themselves.

The said attestation certificate was issued to buhari due to the fact that the military institution NOW authoritatively claimed that the result of buhari is no longer available with them which in other terms means the certificate has been lost.
