The way they are shamelessly laughing in pictures shows that this country is beyond redemption. Corruption is normal and thrown at our faces with no fear or shame cos they know Nigerians can do nothing about it.
Some songs the late Fela sang when I was probably not even born are manifesting today ,this goes to show things have not changed and are even getting worse.
Admit it or not ,corruption is part of our way of life in Nigeria starting with our leaders who have become ancestors of corruption undecided

What he should have done since 1983 esp.in 2003 rather he chose to privaricate with the "my certificate are with the military secretary" excuse & kept on swearing affidavits up and down.
Meanwhile the fear of lawsuits must have forced him to do this stunt.

a f9 grade wont reflect in your certificate, the lit in eng is d7(pass grade)
