Hello programmers, I have zero knowledge about programming and would want a programming language that can help me build a football prediction website incorporating every knowledge I have about game selection to be able to work automatically.

Also if building an app is better, I need an advice.

php for its back-end development and you will need html and css for the front-end of the application, also you will learn to work with APIs.. i learn all these by myself, there are alot of resources available online for you to learn. i can help you with the development if you dont mind. but im not based in Nigeria

Python could do that if you want to build from scratch, that is using Machine learning Algorithms to build a model that does the prediction... Tho alot of APIs have been designed in several other languages that i believe could handle this...

i made 3 videos tutorials on youtube sometimes end of last year.where i was tying to explain how to use php function to manipulate datas from API but it was on another project(Bitcoin exchange price ticker) you can use the same idea to manipulate the soccer results feedback through there apis. i know you may have your own algorithm (formular) to implement in your predictions method.all still based on same idea.

strong determination may takes you there.. you can also use google to search on vidoes and other document files to know deep on using PHP
