Those guys are precious assets to the agency concerning the amount money spent on them for training and years of on the job experience . The management don’t want to retire them yet concerning the security situation and upcoming election. As a nation we’re in precarious state. Regarding the recruitment, fund fund fund!

I understand your plight bro,but that’s the situation on ground. Concerning recruitment federal government have turn to “aka gum” . Although the agency have money to fund the recruitment from their “black budget” but due process have to be followed .

They are shouting cancelation based on what happened with the 2016 Detectives recruitment that went south. Their case is quite different cause their names(Detectives) were never submitted to HQ after vetting.
This year all the names have been submitted to the HQ for all Cadres and God's willing would all be called up.
