I was cleaning with spirit before the cord fell off. After which I started appling Mentholated balm. My baby's navel is completely heal. She's a month and 3days old.

You're right Cappo,this is actually our week of supernatural delivery.I saw"Show"A day before yesterday and since then the contraction has been on and off.I went to the hospital today only to be told I am 2cm,I was advised to go back home and do some exercises.I pray it end in Praise,I have literally murdered sleep presently and it's affecting me.I will appreciate if any sabi mama can advice me on the right exercise or what to take to quicken contraction.I am ready to do anything,it's like walking is not helping me at all.I have been walking more than two hours since Last month ending.
