Many times i have tried to figure out what they teach these Nigerian Police men during recruitment trainings and orientations.
Do they teach them professionalism?
Do they teach them how to be civil when dealing with civilian public?
Do they teach them that collecting bribe or extortion is a serious crime against the police force and the country?
Do they teach them drinking and getting drunk when wearing your police uniform is outright dismissal?

Who do we blame when our Nigerian Policemen continue to display unthinkable acts that totally undermines professionalism of a police force?
Do we blame the unprofessional men of the police force OR do we should blame the Police Service Commission for not being able to instil discipline in the Force?
Whichever, we cant continue like this!!!
