The reason is because they are the receivers. Most of the are careless receivers, they will just open their container for any man and allow him to pour just anything inside.

HIV can be transmitted through transfusion of infected and sharing of sharp objects such as razor blades and needles used by infected persons. Some people are also born with H.I.V through mother-to-child transfusion.
