Yes its easier for females to contract the virus than for males

That's not true. Female was much due to those tested positive during Anti Natal care.

Secondly, men hardly show up openly for free treatment. They buy from a classic pharmacy and take secretly.

I have friend a lady with HIV for almost 8 month being last year. We went for text before I knew that she is living with HIV. But be I have texted negative since then, the doctor told me that it possible because he has being seeing just when the husband and wife will have a HIV test then one will be when the other will not. Am still thanking God for his infinity Mercy on me.

Gross understatement. Ask any doctor in public hospitals and they'll tell you that the epidemic is getting worse.
We have atleast 30 million people living with HIV in Nigeria
I get sober when news like this pops. In my the three general hospitals that receives ATRV DRUGS stopped receiving newly affected entrants. My soul bleeds.
