1. this is for those who seek treatment under this program, not necessarily the total number infected throughout Nigeria, which is estimated to be around 4million.
2. men are more promiscuous if you analyze the data: 1 man infects about 3-4 women. Yes, one woman can pass it on to more men, but it's far more likely that if 1 women passed to 10 men, those 10 men will pass it to about 30-40 women because the majority of the women they do raw don't have other partners. If women were just as promiscuous, you'd see an almost equal ratio.
3. men probably are in denial, doing things like taking showers in salt water, rather than going for treatment

According to him, about 76,000 people are currently on treatment in Taraba and Abia for which the government is solely responsible.
“The government has a scale-up plan, called fast-track plan to actually put more people on drugs.
“There are other interventions going on. The partners are also doing test and treatment in collaboration with the government.
Ashefor said, however, that there was still a huge gap in terms of data management.

Stop creating excuse, women are even more promiscous than men. If you don't agree to this, ask your girlfriend how many guys she has dated and compare it to the number of girls you have dated.
