In my own case, they come home as late as 1 or 2am and they make so much noise that no one is able to sleep.There are no less than ten of them in their flat at any given time. Reporting them to the landlord has yielded zilch as he just doesn't care. These ones don't hide the fact that they are yahoo boys. Everyone knows.

a valid word of advice....Don't...If it were here im europe ok...Maybe u can make a discreet complaint and it will be looked into. Do u know that here people report neighbors at will? But there's a limit to what the law can do or allows u to do or say..Eg if u report about incessant noise making...They verify to confirm if its enough to disturb u....And by the way onlonly after 10pm u can report someone for loud music or noise here...But most times people argue they do it outside or inside...


My point is nja systems are enmeshed in corruption,tribal issues,religious etc...If u report them,the police will tell them eventually and whether u like it or not u av just put ursef in harm's way...And it's avoidable..

My neighbor here is Russian..He drinks fights the mum every night playing loud music...One day he came on sat.Mon.And accused my wife of throwing bottles at him from the garden because he was too loud at 2am... The irony is he didn't know i was black,he didn't know i could speak russia even like Yoruba..Immediately i brought him in showed him my garden,introduced myself to him and told him i av been looking forward to meeting him...After much ado..Fast forward to now i haven't heard noises or fights from him...
