You can try using reverse psychology for them. Like say "you meet them & say, this loud music might attract some people eg, thieves, EFCC, or people that might want to take there stuff". You think of something to tell them, coz if you repot to the EFCC it might back fire on you if eventually they are into that stuff.. They might just tell the EFCC that you too is involved in the crime that you know them very well.. This is Nigeria

Do you stay at home all day? If not, just let them be or move to another place because I tell you when you report them, they will always find a way out.
Then also be careful because reporting them might be of great danger to you, the police will still tell them who came to report.
