Notarization is expensive.. Well if you have the money for it..no problem... To answer your question... I don't know if after notarization it would be sealed inside an envelope....mine was certified ( stamped).

Guy, i will advise you do it in lagos because those guys in high court ring road Ibadan are thieves, i certified 7 documents for 7k and this woman inside the court told me she helped me by collecting 7k. I will rather go to lagos than dashing 7k to some greedy people like that.

No. Unless the school you are applying to specifically requests that you upload a certified true copy.

I used online print out when applying to school, I used online print out for some school and I used the statement of result collected from school for others such as uni-assist, it was only during interview that I attached affidavit, and I didn't even present d affidavit at the gate of embassy because I don't want Paulinus wahala, so it was when I enter that I add it to my docs

Yes, you do. Because it’s the photocopies you’ll have to certify, not the originals.

You still need to certify or notarize the photocopies as a true copy...

Well technically your declaration of age already carries a stamp from court..

Its too expensive for that amount..how much would they have collected if you had 10 pages of transcripts just like I do have...I certified 30 pages of my transcripts in total after making the photocopies..including 5 copies each of my other academic documents...making it 45 pages..that I certified for 5k.....you just need to follow them reason like a street boy...if not those court people go built house on top your head o..
