And the Judge will ask him to make restitution which he would claim he has done that already,and he would be convicted as a felon and given a suspended sentence and barred from holding any position in Nigeria for 10 years,President Buhari on his way out of Government in 2023 will pardon him and wipe the conviction away like Bode George & Goodluck Ebele,no big deal.

He did not deny by passing due process in awarding the contracts,the due process of the law is just taking it’s course.

As for those saying it's because election is around the corner, let me remind you that Abba Moro who scammed unemployed graduates of millions of naira and sent them to go and die in the stadia was never prosecuted even in the middle of election.The government totally disregarded the cries of the people regarding that issue.The blood of those graduates will forever hunt them,they'll never find peace all their lives.
