Is it possible to get a direct visa to the UAE without having to go to Abuja?

I don't think so. Except if your going there on two weeks or a month visa. Other visa(s) will require you to go to the embassy in Abuja for stamping of passport and fingerprint capturing. My take.

It's not true. Full Visa doesn't require abuja stamping. Your Visa will be stamped at the Dubai airport. With full Visa, just buy your air ticket and you are good to go.

you dont need bank statement for dubai visa. just apply trough a credible agent like wakanow and book your affordable flight with rwandair or kenya airways .

If the name on the visa is not yours, it means you've been scammed. the agent have scammed you. The visa has expired since September this year. The owner of the visa have used it. check the number you sent to me and the number on the result I showed you, you'll see they're the same. the first zero(0) doesn't count. Your agent should be held responsible. Screenshot it and send it to him to explain it. A guy here messaged me last week. The agent collected 600k from him and yet gave him fake visa. He edited his pics and name. The visa didn't have UID number to tell you how fake it was. Call your agent and tell him to explain how he got that number. The visa he gave you has been issued out since June 2018 and expired in September 2018. If he can't explain, find good soldiers and get the motherfucker arrested.
