Get a good internet connection and Go to your settings and Search for update... If you don't see any update you can search Google for official Marshmallow firmware for your device model and flash manually with Odin PC software

ok thanks. the reason I want to update is that my WiFi always turnning on after 3 seconds. I tried what I could but always turnning itself on. but when I on d data, it doesn't turn on. that's why I wanna update but when I hit update on settings , it always saying it's d latest software.

That is not fault, just change the network mode to 4g/3g auto
