Last year 2017, I made close to a million on Fiverr (writing niche) until everything chickened out (project and final year stress made me stop). After graduation, my account couldn't stand on it feet anymore.
(After months of trying to revive d account, I figure out you need a professional skill to survive on d platform and writing alone won't do)
Now, I am broke AF. Back to d drawing board and trying to learn a new skill. But it's being very challenging due to NYSC service.

BTW, i'll be greatful if anyone here can mentor/guide me on any professional skills as a freelance

Made my first million at 21 , made my first ten million at 26 , made my first 30 million the next year and Insha Allah next year I have a feeling I will make my first Billion Naira if Gods Grace lands my side .

Hello fellow nairalanders and business men, I was at the verge of making my first million naira early this year but I got carried away by the euphoria and made some bad investments which later backfired and left me bankrupt... However, I'm recuperating now, and I just wanted to know at what age you guys made your first million naira and how you did it or the investments you made.

This thread is likely gonna make some people depress, lost and even sucidial.
But pls, Have it in mind that when it's time for the moon to shine the sun must surely give way... So if you're trying, keep trying it's never too late.
We all have a story.. Be patient enough to get it the right way so you can enjoy it and not the wrong way cause you just might not recover from it..

26 doing online jobs and businesses which I still do till date. We do it all legit. But to be honest, it's not easy at all

I have made millions in my dream sotay I'm actually believing it even tho I don't have shingbai in my account.

When I make my millions, I'll come back and modify.

I keep hearing that blogging is over saturated these days. Too many people are into it. Would you say it's too late to give it a try?

First I started with affiliate marketing... I set it up while working full time. It took over a year to make $50.

The aim is to keep expenses to the barest minimum while working hard.

Once it started gaining traction. I veered off into blogging and started selling information products.

It wasn't hard to start earning $600 monthly.

I dived into Amazon kindle publishing...

End result was that within 6 months just clocking 25, I was there...

Then I already gain traction. Everything is now automated...

I still kept my 7 - 4 job.

The aim is to keep expenses very low. Do away liabilities like phones, shoes and new clothes and reinvest profit

I don't have any liquid assets, I love making my profits myself and saving the others.

I was 23 or 24 when I launched into millions(as an employee though). I wasn't wise enough to invest then. I suggest you invest in real estate when you have enough to, you don't have to wait till you have millions for that.

Once upon a HYIP, I made my first million at age 28. I spent it on my tuition for my MSc. It took me another three years to become one again once I started a business.

I can confirm that making a million and staying a millionaire are totally different things and the later is much more tougher though once you get a hang of it and a formula for it, you certainly will keep growing it. The better you are able to manage the formula, the quicker you can hit the next milestone - tens of million, hundreds of millions and the unicorn billion.

Was 22 or 23. Made it through music production and music equipment sales.

Making the first million is challenging, making the second is more challenging and sustaining it is the most challenging because majority of what people do to save their early millions work briefly. When such cease working, it takes the guidance of The Divine, self discipline and creativity to keep the tempo.

Hardly can you save millions from salary jobs. You MUST combine something with dem or even struggle to avoid salary jobs, if possible
