When such fail, it takes the guidance of the the divine, self discipline and creativity to keep the tempo.

Hardly can you save millions from salary jobs. You MUST combine something with dem or even struggle to avoid salary jobs, if possible

Hello fellow nairalanders and business men, I was at the verge of making my first million naira early this year but I got carried away by the euphoria and made some bad investments which later backfired and left me bankrupt... However, I'm recuperating now, and I just wanted to know at what age you guys made your first million naira and how you did it or the investments you made.

at the age of 28.was working and doing my own business as well then.little by little it grew to that amount and passed .God is faithful.its tempting nd i took wrong decisions like u did by resigning to pursue d business not knowing my work gave me d platform for my business.was tinking my work was restricting me.somehw God caught me from dropping flat cos of depts people were killing me with.bfor i decided to migrate fully.since then God have taken absolute control

I made my first million in 2009 as PTDF scholar in UK. I was being paid £500 every month by PTDF plus the initial £2000 given to me before departure. Not millions in pounds but when I converted as I was transferring my earnings to my Nigeria bank account

I practically didn't touch the money as I was also working as a cleaner in a hospital, earning £6 per hour. I worked 4 hours a day and unlimited hours during summer. So, I had sufficient money to cater for my needs.

I also did a care giver job at old people's home, cleaning their poo and bathing them at a rate of £8.5 per hour and was fed with all sorts of foods , cakes ice-cream, fruits and juices. I saved quite a lot before returning back to my beloved Naija

I was 28 and working in the bank. I was able to save up to 1 million in my first year of banking just from salary and upfront. This was before the crash of the banking sector..

At 24, few months after my graduation.

I got to know about blockchain technology in my final year. I read about it and joined various crypto groups before I graduated. I delved fully into crypto currency trading on exchanges plus buy and selling of cryptos. I raised more than 10m naira within my first year.

I lost interest in trading on exchanges last year when I took a blockchain course on coursera. It opened my eye to the fact that the real money is in blockchain development. I have since dedicated my time to learning and development of blockchain technologies.

I was 26 serving in rivers state, I tot to myself, foodstuffs such as grains are expensive here, and cheaper in the north where I cane from, 2 months to end of NTSC, all my savings n borrow borrow I raised 330k send to my mom, God bless her, she went to market bought what money can buy sent it to me n my bixz was born, the hustle was real after service, I got a job in kwara, migrated leaving bixz for blue collar job with close to 1 mil, a mistake I regret to this day, made money from mmm, bought a car with lost 750k to mmm, with 550k in account lost my job April this early this year, fell back on 550k now I have less than 100k + side hustle, looking to raise capital n go back to ph, life is funny.

A lot of lessons to learn. God bless your hustle
