@DBJay, Pls when you get to VFS tomorrow, kindly come back here to let me know what's the current transmission fee (I got the info that the price has changed and I don't understand the array of price list on their website) 2. Please also find out whether we can exempt Courier fee if we want to come and pick up the passports personally. 3. Lastly, help me ask whether it's compulsory to add a filled "VAC consent form" so as to be able to collect my family's passports back upon return from Accra. @All Please if you have the latest info on the above points, kindly help out. My head is so full presently ![]() Just to be clear: I ve prepared the following docs- VFS checklist 1. Printed PPR lettter (1 copy) 2. Original International Passport booklets (all of us) 3. Photocopy of passport biodata page (2 copies per each person) 4. Passport photographs in stated requirements (2 copies per each person) 5. Hand filled Height and Eye colour Chart (1 copy attached to PPR letter) 6. Cover letter stating amongst other things that "family configuration has not changed" Are we good to go my good people in the know? ![]() It will end in praise IJN! |

Hi folks. For those of us in the pre-ITA stage, please let us be careful when editing our EE profiles after we have already submitted. I just made a huge mistake on my EE account! So i had the intention of using my previous employer where i worked for 4 years, for reference letter. I guessed it wouldn't be easy but still decided to use them anyway. Just today, i realized that it might not be possible because the Executive Director is being a hard ass.....long story actually. Today, i prematurely entered an unnecessary vex mode and decided "you know what, screw that guy, i will use my current employer". Just a few minutes ago, i logged in to my profile and modified the work history section to include my current place of work where i have worked for 1 year and 6 months.......blunder! Dumbass! You can't have a 1 year/6-month experience and expect to be eligible for EE. I totally forgot! By the time i realized this, it was too late, i had already clicked the "Transmit" button. All i had to do was put my hands on my head and wait for the "Profile Ineligible" message to slide in. Now i am pained because i had to create a new account. My previous account was created in March 2018 so i could have taken advantage of the tie-breaking rule when the draw hopefully comes down to 442 (which is my new CRS score when i claim sibling points). Now all i have to do is pray the draw comes down to 441 in December or wait it out till next year. Damn! So please, let us exercise serious patience and caution when editing our profiles. Wrongly modifying your NOC or POF could cause your profile to be ineligible. Moral of my story - Anger no good o, patience is key and of course, look before you leap. |

I heard it's 16,610 per passport now. N460 is SMS fee within that amount which you can decide to pay or not. It is not beneficial in any way. Courier fee is optional too. If you are picking it yourself, no need to pay that. Add the VFS consent letter. It's one of the requirements. Very easy to fill. TEECANN 08094264181=73178103: |

As far as i know, no, it is not enough pre-ITA. After you get ITA, you can modify the work history section to include a 1-year experience (say, NYSC for example) and move the rest of your work history under the Personal history section so you would not have to provide references from all your places of employment. Meanwhile I have checked the thread but no explicit sample was given. We have drafted some but just want to be sure about it. Thanks in advance! |
