Chevronstaff:ACHSO!!!!! "Please bros, I want to study in Germany, can you help me please?" Stop misinforming the people, I will tell you to go back and read the new draft once again, then come back and edit your post. There is no difference between now and in the past. It all depends on your preparation and how good you move with people on ground and many other factors, otherwise, you will be surprised the kind of OYO you will find yourself. The law in Germany totally dependent on who is implementing it, it is not black and white as you think. Try to listen, read and learn. Shalom |

Chriswazo:Ask your sponsor to visit his or her alien office. They will tell him what to bring and requirements. Sometimes, it depends on one city to another and also who is on sit on that day. I have seen someone that went to his alien office with the online general requirements and was given new requirements, thus, could not get it. Shalom |

honourableseyi:Yea, this is true o. I sha want to achieve that. I believe your German level is over B2 now oga? I was checking some Germany job advertisements, the least German language requirement for full time employment is B2, saw some for C2(mother tongue). The need to learn it can never be overemphasize, I agree. |
| Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 5 by Chriswazo(m): 2:49pm On Nov 22, 2018 |
heybaby12:Hmmm, That would be great o to reach B2, then approach the Mother tongue C levels. I am fired for this now, my challenge is Goethe institute Lagos bureaucracy. |

Neyeko:Uhmm Sir... Courts don't void contracts for being "exploitative" unless there was misrepresentation or a mistake (those two terms are in the legal context, not dictionary meaning). It is the parties' responsibility to conduct due diligence and it is a settled principle of law that courts should not wade into attempting to set contractual terms for parties. |

koonbey:That's what I mean, these agents often misrepresent the services they are offering. And as for the meaning of those terms I'm not sure about all legal systems. But it's often up to the judge to decide if there's a valid case or not. |
