West African Examinations Council, WAEC GCE 2018 Result is out. WASSCE for Private Candidates (August/September 2nd Series Exam), 2018 Has Been Released. 35.99% Obtained 5 Credits Including English & Maths.

This is to inform the general public and especially, candidates that participated in the 2018 August/September 2nd Series Exam West African Senior School Certificate Examination, WASSCE  for Private Candidates(popularly known as WAEC GCE) that their results are now available online .

2018 WAEC GCE Results have been successfully uploaded online and it is accessible from the WAEC official result checking website. Candidates need to purchase the WAEC result checker which cost N500 (five hundred naira only) from authorized dealers or any WAEC office nearest to them to be able to access their results.

HOW TO CHECK WAEC GCE RESULT ONLINE
Go to WAEC result checking portal @ www.waecdirect.org.
Enter your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number.  (This is your 7-Digit centre number followed by your 3-digit candidate number eg. 4123456789)
Enter the 4 digits of your Examination Year eg. 2018
Select the Type of Examination  i.e. PRIVATE CANDIDATE RESULT
Enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your Scratch card.
Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Scratch card
Click Submit and wait for the results window to come up

HOW TO CHECK WAEC GCE RESULT VIA SMS.
In case you want to check your 2018 WAEC GCE result via sms, use the short code format below:

WAEC*ExamNo*PIN*ExamYear To short-code 32327 (MTN, Airtel & Glo subscribers)

For example -: WAEC*4250101001*123456789012*2018

Note: Ensure you adhere strictly to the format above. There should be no space in the message.

Wait for your result to be delivered to your phone via SMS. (SMS Cost N30 Only)

We still enrolled in GCE

Till today; we never checked our GCE.


Shout out to my sweetboys that year.

We rocked, both girls and books.

I think girls follow us then cos we are brilliant.

Look at us today, we are all excelling in Our careers.

Truly, this generation is getting worse (nothing to write home about). With all the mandatory textbooks, internet to make research and to help regurgitate the previous lessons yet they are getting dumb. Our period was not like this, no good teachers, no textbooks, no money to pay for our tuition, no internet yet we are still better than them in all ramifications.

During our time, most parents didn't finish standard six let alone making it to colleges yet we came out exceptional. That's without anyone to guide us while tackling our assignment and other school requirements but we defiled every negative odd to become better students. Maybe, over pampering is contributing to this generation's poor result. We need to sit-up and stop delegating parenting to teachers and our house help

it's really a big shame ...didn't make my o'level at a sitting but my utme and post utme score reflected my real ability. Also my results in med school still does same.
I remember one babe and her useless mom coming to offer me 50k to help her write exams..

Yes o. It is out. I just registered 2018 Waec result just because of my date of birth adjustment and God has answered my prayers. In the previous one, I have 7 credits including English and Maths and God has answered me again. This one below will be used for Job searching since that there is English and Maths but the other one with the inconvenience date of birth will be used for school. Can I use this one for job since that DOB I used is OK by me?
